Our new Chief of Staff probably has a few years of experience in strategy consulting, VC, investment banking, or a fast-growing scale-up. You must be a great communicator and able to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution and daily operations. The job is tough in the sense that it will require long hours from time to time and shifting priorities. However, it will also put you right in the vortex of company creation and allow you to have an outsized impact on the company and the world.
As our new Chief of Staff, you will be reporting to Max, our COO. The Chief of Staff will support the full management team, but in particular our CEO and COO on a wide range of projects and tasks. Furthermore, you will also work with our Board of Directors and Investors on a regular basis.
In this role, you will be “directly exposed to the fire” and part of C-Level - and as such you must be able to withstand pressure from multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, as well as at all times be able to develop an independent point of view that represents the interest of the company.
3-5 years from strategy consulting, a hypergrowth scale-up, VC, investment banking or another background where you displayed your skills.
Experience working in SaaS/start ups/scale ups/tech is optional.
Reliable analytical skills and a strong problem solving tool box.
Extensive project management and stakeholder management experience.
Great communication skills – you can draft documents and prepare presentations in a clear, concise and accurate language in tight timescales.
Team leadership & role modeling.
You thrive in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.
You are able to make decisions and deal with ambiguity.
You are a fast-learner who is curious about the EV industry, our customers needs, competitors, and our business model.
A proven track record of growth mindset and solid performance.
(Do you fit most of these requirements, but not all? That’s fine: we’d love to hear from you all the same!)
Confident and authentic, capable of engaging and convincing audiences of all seniority levels.
Capable of getting the bigger picture, work 80/20 and “get stuff done”
Strategic and innovative.
High empathy and cares about the team.
A skilled communicator and fast at producing output.
High energy and motivating personality which spreads to the organization.
A cultivator of cultural differences between departments to ensure a joint team belonging and build a “one team attitude” - especially around targets and big initiatives / company decisions.
Nonpolitical, open and transparent.
Have a data driven approach to decision making.
Massive appetite for joining a scale-up and helping it grow over the next 2-5 years as a core part of the leadership team.
The opportunity to join an ambitious and meaningful journey working alongside great talent in an organization which is both bold, passionate, and fast-paced and at the same time very caring and inclusive. We have sustainability at our heart and are a carbon neutral company. You will play a pivotal role in our future journey, and you will have ample opportunity to help guide the direction of the company and organization.
The salary for this role is 85,000-100,000 DKK (including a 20% bonus).
